Health and injuries

Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Just Stage It Academy and its staff of any existing injuries or medical conditions. All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to Stage Academy immediately in writing.

If you have indicated that the student requires medication and they attend a class or workshop without the medication they will be denied entry.

If a student is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the parent will be contacted via the emergency contact details provided on the application form.

Parents are solely responsible for keeping emergency contact details up to date.

Personal property

Students are expected to take care of their own belongings. Just Stage It Academy can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.

General

Just Stage It Academy may, at its complete discretion, refuse a student entry to a Just Stage It Academy activity or session if it is felt that the students behaviour is unacceptable. No refund will be provided and you will still be liable for the complete cost of the students activity.

Just Stage It Academy reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff in the event of illness or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When a session at Just Stage It Academy has been cancelled by Just Stage It Academy we will provide as much notice as possible by email, text message, phone, social media or by updating our website. You are responsible for checking for these updates.

It is occasionally necessary to change the time and/or venue of a Just Stage Academy It activity. This will only be done if absolutely necessary and Just Stage It Academy will make best endeavours to keep class times and locations as similar as possible.

Terms & Conditions of 1:2:1 Lessons

All lessons must be paid monthly in advance at the start of each month to JSI's account. Failure to do so may result in suspension of lessons until payments are brought up to date.

If less than 24 hours notice is provided for a lesson cancellation, you will be charged for that lesson.

Should you continually miss lessons for more than 3 weeks without advance notice, your lesson slot may be allocated to another student.

If payments are more than 2 weeks in arrears, lessons will be suspended until payments are brought up to date.

If you are late for a lesson, the session will not be extended. If you fail to attend without giving at least 24 hours notice, you will not receive any credit or refund.

In the event that we need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered the following options:

Attend an alternative lesson at a later date.

If unable to attend the alternative lesson offered, receive a credit for future bookings.

Receive a refund for the cancelled lesson(s).

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms and conditions.
